KPM Industrial Training Institute (ITI) is affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Directorate General of Training (DGT), Government of India. Flagship NCVT Technical Trades Offered

  • Electrician Trade (2-Year Full-Time): Comprehensive training in electrical wiring, power generation and distribution, AC/DC electric motors, transformers, switchgear, PLC automation, and solar photovoltaic systems. Students master industrial safety and electrical compliance according to Indian Electricity Rules.
  • Fitter Trade (2-Year Full-Time): Precision bench fitting, lathe operation, milling, shaping, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers), pipe fabrication, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit maintenance, and structural assembly.
  • Engineering Drawing & Workshop Calculations: Rigorous weekly drafting, blueprint reading, and applied trade mathematics enabling technicians to execute complex industrial blueprints accurately.
  • Industrial Safety & Employability Skills: Workplace hazard prevention, first aid, computer literacy, English communication, and entrepreneurial financial planning.

Industrial Workshops & Practical Training Infrastructure

  • Heavy Machinery & Lathe Workshop: Precision center lathes, shaping machines, universal milling machines, pedestal drill presses, and oxy-acetylene/arc welding bays.
  • Advanced Electrical Testing Bench: Synchronized motor-generator test benches, three-phase power measurement consoles, transformer testing panels, and motor winding jigs.
  • Precision Tool Crib & Inspection Lab: High-accuracy micrometers, dial test indicators, height gauges, surface plates, and mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE).
